Jack Appelman, the new owner of Harsch Agency
of Vermont, has a long history of involvement
in the real estate business. With his acquisition
of the Bennington office of the former Harsch
Associates, a real estate company which has been
doing business in Bennington for 20 years and in
existence for 27 years, Mr. Appelman has estab-
lished yet another facet of an ambitious business venture.
The Sales Associates and support staff of the Harsch
Agency of Vermont are either born and bred in
Vermont or long-time residents; thus their knowledge
of the area is extensive. Collectively, they have been
